Q1: What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa and Master payment for online orders.
Q2: How long do you take to deliver the products to me?
Under normal circumstances, the goods will be delivered within 10 working days upon confirmation by EPSON Hong Kong.
Q3: What are your Delivery Charges?
We charge a flat fee of HK$30.00. Detail please refer to Delivery Charge Table.
Q4: Will anybody from your company call me after my online order?
For every order, our Online Store Operator will contact the buyer to confirm
the delivery information to ensure that there is minimum delivery error.
Q5: Will you share my information with anyone else?
No. Any information you entrust us stays with us. It will never be shared with a third party.

The EPSON Online Shop is set up to provide an alternative channel to provide availability mainly
for consumable products.

Q8: Can I go to your office and pick up the stuff myself or may be see it first and buy it there?
We do not keep any products for display. Online purchases are delivered from other logistic party to your doorstep.
